Self Healing -Why everyone should be a healer


It hurts to hear it, but the old maxim is true
“Physician heal thyself!”

We are so-called civilised people, living in cities and towns, constantly surrounded by others –all seeking resolution of their needs and desires.  The media that we generate is like a drug habit; the more we have the more we want and even if you are fortunate enough to live in quiet surroundings, advertising is posted to your door and television and radio assail your eyes and ears.  All this ‘noise’ desensitises us and represses our BodyMind ability to re-order, balance and develop the soul incarnate.  Society demands you treat body and mind as separate entities and in particular that the personality mind is the seat of your being and your body is its servant.  As this happens both suffer illness as both need the involvement of the other to re-order and balance energy. Health is everything, or as the philosopher Emerson put it “Health is Wealth”. Health equals happiness and happiness promotes contentment.  When you are contented ‘Right Order’ manages the human system to progress the unity of Soul and ultimately Oneness of Being.  The BodyMind system has evolved over millions of years, long before Man made his entrance into this world of shadows, and if Man continues to develop as he has done over the last few thousand years he will lose his identity. In terms of time the human experience has only just begun and the holistic science of managing ourselves still a Cinderella of understanding!  
What is the BodyMind System? It is our life force identity, composite of cosmic energies interacting with physical and non-physical forms, having purpose to harmonise the diversity of BEING, changing and evolving consciousness into ONENESS. To engage its powers we need to refine and develop the senses and partner the unseen order to evolve consciousness. This is an individual attainment; as no social, political or religious ideology practise the BodyMind methodology, the individual is at once in conflict with powerful opposing forces that have their own practise of transformation.
So what must we do to be our own physicians?  The axiom to guide is this - We must equally meet the needs of the physical [seen] mind & body AND the [unseen] mind & body.
First Steps:
Always find time to ‘CHILL OUT’ daily –release all thought and maintain that release, so whenever thoughts, images, feelings come to mind, let them go kindly. Sit in a relaxed and comfortable position in an airy, not too warm environment.
Keep the body CLEAN internally!  21st century packaged food is ‘designed’ to preserve look & taste and be stored for long periods of time –the human gut is not! EXERCISE the body internally (The gut is the body’s exercise ‘machine’). Drink plenty of fluids and never fill the stomach ( is enough!), it was never designed to be filled up. Periodically use natural internal cleansing products.
EXERCISE the body externally daily.  10 minutes will suffice.  Exercises should be stretching, turning & tensioning. There are many programmes on the market that can be adapted for your use. The key to all exercise is little and often –never overdo it!  When walking, endeavour to have both arms and hands free –if you have to carry something, change sides frequently, don’t wait until it hurts.
BREATHE with the gut always –the gut is your energy transformation chamber.  Breathing abdominally is relaxing, whilst chest breathing is stressful. This ‘right order’ action helps the body to store energy and manifest cycles of rest and activity.  The ‘Right Ordered’ body produces tranquil breath periods and restful sleep (please don’t assume the body sleeps only at night!). If you are feeling unwell from whatever cause, get plenty of fresh air and avoid eating anything rich and spicy.

Health warning signs to watch for and take action on are-:

  1. Irregular bowel movement.  Action –cleanse the system and exercise.  Avoid rich foods during cleansing period and eat sparingly at regular times.
  2. Over hot urine release.  Action –avoid stimulating drinks and cut out sugary foods and snacks and strong dairy foods until condition returns to normal.
  3. Gut discomfort when eating.  Action –stop what you are eating and drink clean water until your appetite is satisfied.  Repeat as required and don’t recommence eating until you feel hungry.
  4. Weight increase. Action –exercise and rest well. Reduce the size of your meals and eat and drink (non-stimulating drinks) more frequently. Cut out bread and flour products and eat more protein. Cleanse the system regularly. Develop satisfying ways to express yourself emotionally and mentally.
  5. Weight decrease.  Action –rest well; ensure 7-8 hours rest nightly. Eat more protein and drink food drinks.  Cleanse the system regularly.  Learn to be a taker and develop satisfying ways to express yourself emotionally and mentally.
  6. Headaches.  Stop eating until condition is clear, also drink clean water.  Bowels may need to move before headaches stop. Get plenty of fresh air and clear your mind of cares and concerns.
  7. Lack of Energy & Tiredness.  Ensure regular and sufficient rest and don’t overeat.  Keep gut in want of some food i.e. always feel able to eat something.  Satisfy hunger feelings with water or mild stimulant drink (like weak tea).

The BodyMind is its own chemist but unlike our own pharmacists it deals not only with physical preparations but also with the unseen energetic connections we make.  Provided the system is not clogged up with unnecessary food, drink and chemicals it will warn you when you need to take action.  For example, it will give you warning if you are with people, in places and about to take food and drink that are either not needed or are potentially problematic if you persist. Mostly, we are reactive to conditions of environment, be they people or places, and slaves to appetite and therefore miss these warning indicators that are posted into our consciousness. 
Just think how much more efficient and satisfying life would be if we can avoid drugs and conditions that reduce or power to be ourselves. The mind becomes clearer, and thoughts unambiguous and the power of decision is enhanced.  Treat the BodyMind with respect –let the messages of Right Action get through.  Think of yourself as a TUBE not a BOX.  Healers are essentially instruments of Right Order energies and when that flows we benefit enormously.  With such ability you can raise and lower consciousness at will.  The conceit of Man is thinking dominance over his BodyMind being –such conceit leads us to eroding away our natural identity.  Harmonic holistic understanding equals self action –be the instrument of change!  The Instrument of Change develops Spiritual awareness.

Good health = Right Order = Soul unity = Oneness of being. If you are listening, you have an open mind –if you agree you disagree with the way of the world!
